COLOURFUL GROWTH

This painting was created after a paper collage idea, and was painted as a replica of the paper collage design. This is a smaller painting of mine, which is still layered with heavy texture and palette knife strokes, but pays less attention to detailed, patterned sections, and focuses more on bold, bright colours. This is one of the earlier paintings in my career, hence the name Colourful Growth. My paintings have since developed into larger scale, more intricately detailed pieces, but without the exploration of painting on canvases this size, my work would have never developed into what it is today. 

This painting is varnished for protection ensuring longevity and enhancement of the colours. This is a beautiful piece that would bring joy and playfulness into space.
